My Approach

Community

In each of the houses I rent out, I seek to build a community of young, bright, and ambitious professionals who will build professional and personal relationships that they will carry on for the rest of their lives.

Empathy

Having started out in Washington, D.C. as a young professional and student in 1976, I am familiar with the unique challenges that international students and new professionals face as they lay roots in the city.

Nurture
